Very berry breakfast smoothie:
1/4 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon flax
Blend. Top with hemp and chia seeds and enjoy!
Warm spring salad:
1/2 cup julienned carrots
1/2 cup julienned red peppers
1 cup asparagus
1/2 cup peas
Sautéed 1 garlic clove in a pan. Add vegetables until slightly wilted. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Massage 2 cups of kale with some olive oil and salt
Add chopped orange pepper, avocado, grape tomatoes
Add fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper
Mix the ingredients and top with pumpkin seed
Power packed wrap:
Ingredients: portobello mushroom, garlic, orange pepper. Sun dried tomatoes, grape tomatoes, Alfa Alfa sprouts, pea shoots, basil
Sauté garlic and mushrooms.
Add orange pepper.
Add all of the ingredients to the wrap and enjoy.
