Recipes looked wonderful, and exercises looked terrific .
Great quality video. Am heading to the store to get ingredients for both the recipes. Monkey salad is a great way to mix it up for breakfast, snacking. Will share stretches with my exercise partners. Now…if I can only get motivated to do that yard work! 😊
