To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Acton-Boxborough Education Association, the Acton-Boxborough Office Support Association, and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local#1703 if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
