Hilsha fish with Mustard (Sorsha Eilish): - 6-8 pieces of Hilsha fish - 1 whole tomato - 1/2 whole onion - 4-6 cloves garlic - 1 tbsp turmeric - 2 tbsp chili powder - 2 tbsp mustard paste - 1 1/2 tbsp salt - 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil - 1/4 cup of water - cilantro for garnish - thai chilis for garnish Mixed vegetables with lentil (pachon) Vegetables: Tomato/potatoes/pumpkin/eggplant/green beans/cauliflower/any kind of vegetable you can use - 1/2 small yellow onion - 3-4 cloves garlic - 1 tbsp chili powder - 1 tbsp turmeric - 1 tbsp salt (more salt to taste) - 2 tbsp paanch phiron- 1 tbsp garam masala - 1/4 cup canola oil or vegetable oil - 2 cups of water - 2 spoons of lentil - cilantro and thai chilis - Ghee and paanch phiron for garnish http://www.actontv.org
