BOARD OF SELECTMEN AGENDA APRIL 28, 2020 6:00 PM *VIRTUAL MEETING* Note: The Town of Acton in response to the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) is currently following the guidance from the Acton Board of Health, Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the CDC regarding the virus and steps communities can take to prevent the spread. Executive Session There will be a need for Executive Session to (1) consider the purchase, exchange, lease or real property located at 90 School Street, 4 piper Lane, 4 Piper Lane Rear, and 6 Piper Lane Acton, MA (Map H3-A parcels 3, 3-1, 3-2, and 17) under Purpose 6, as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Board of Selectmen, and (2) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation regarding Hryniewich V.
