Drain the jackfruit leave aside Curry Roast and grinde the following spices In a hot pot roast the following add all the spices once 1/4 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp coriander seeds 1/8 tsp cumin seeds One cardamom 1 clove 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder Once cooled - grind in coffee grinder or use a pestle and mortar .
