From Seed to Produce in 10 Days, plant your own Fenugreek greens  Dedicated to Stephen Gay and Sushmita Prabhakar Children’s House - Oakmeadow School Methi Herb Savory Cake Methi Herb Cake  1 cup of ground/chopped methi/Fenugreek herbs 1 small onion ground/gratedpounded/ground 1/4 tsp or 2 green chillies Grind or blend all together, Leave aside approx 1 cup milk to make a soft batter                      6 oz  oil 1 cup all spelt flour                                              3/4 cup rava/ semolina1/2 cup besan                                                            3 tsp baking powder2 Tablespoon sugar                                                  1 tin creamed sweet corn (410g)  Preheat oven to moderate oven 360*F Mix the milk and oil together.
