Harris Hearth Breads is a licensed cottage microbakery in Acton, MA specializing in naturally leavened, or Sourdough, artisan hearth breads. We bake bread made with stone ground and whole grain flours, carefully crafted by hand using ancient techniques and wild yeasts. Our breads feature only 3 ingredients: flour, water, and sea salt, and we would never have it any other way.
