Drop in florets 5 at a time for one minute. Remove with slotted spoon. Parboil all of florets. Cool for 5 minutes. 2. Take pot off stove and cool. Dip rice paper in broth for about 10 seconds. 3. Wrap each floret in rice paper. If using larger rice paper cut in half. Place on baking sheet and broil at 500 degrees for 8 minutes until crispy. 4.
