Nutritional Yeast (no folic acid as ingredient) Put all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until fine meals. Will keep in refrigerator for several weeks SOS Pasta sauce 1 diced onion 4 minced garlic cloves ½ cup to 1 cup finely cut mushrooms 1 TB dried oregano ¼ tsp red pepper flakes 1 ½ pounds of fresh Roma tomatoes (blend and strain) 3 cups salt free chopped tomatoes 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves Dry sauté onions, garlic, mushrooms, oregano, red flakes over medium heat. Can add small amounts of water if necessary. Stir frequently until onions begin to brown. Add blended Roma tomatoes and diced tomatoes. Bring to a simmer. Turn down heat. Stir.
