The focus is on health care, benefits, being prepared in case of any emergency and resources available to meet seniors’ needs. Ellen will help you create your own “Go Bag” if you have to leave home quickly (for any reason) and a special “Grab‐n‐Go” Kit if you have a medical emergency. Biography of Ellen Feinsand Ellen Feinsand spent her career in the financial services industry helping people save for, tran‐ si????on to, and living in re????rement. In 2014, she expanded her work to include advoca????ng for seniors and earned a Cer????fica????on in Gerontology, management of Aging Services, from the University of Massachuse????s in 2015. Prior to that, Ellen founded D & G Consul????ng, Inc. in 1997, worked at Fidelity Investments from 1986 – 1997, and previously for a division of Traveler’s Insurance. Ellen has an MBA from Boston University, an MA from Tu????s University and a BS from State University at Albany. Funding for CHNA 15 is provided from Lahey Hospital and Medical Center and Winchester Hospital through the Massachuse????s Department of Public Health’s Determina????on of Need (DoN) process.
