“Winky and the World” is an animation by Emma Russo, a talented Acton-Boxborough High School Youth, (Class of 2020). The Wide Field producer, Vivian Kobusingye Birchall, reached out to A-B youth to create content for younger children about COVID-19. Emma rose up to the challenge and together, they came up with a script that was translated into this animation.
