About Membership

We are a membership organization, devoted to public access television and the citizens who make it possible. Our members are independent producers and create programming for themselves or the organization they represent.

By law, public access is open to all citizens, to all viewpoints, and to all non-commercial purposes. If you have an idea, any idea, for a television program, we want you to be a member and we want to cablecast your program.

We're glad you're interested in membership.
